Felipe Puente
Personal Training
Felipe was born in Habana, Cuba and came to the US when he was 7 years old. Despite a curiosity for fitness, it didn’t become part of his normal routine until he was 19 years old when he decided to become a mixed martial artist. The first time he ran a mile, he had to walk 3/4 of the distance! Now, at 35 years old, Felipe has completed a marathon, a 50k, and a 50 mile race. He is a living testament that consistency is king and that you can change your story if you focus on changing your state.
Sarah Puente
DC
Chiropractic Care
Sarah grew up in southeast Missouri where she played pretty much every sport available from 8 to 18 years old. Her interest in science led her to study Biology at Southeast Missouri State University, where she also double majored in Spanish and played Division I Women’s Soccer. After graduation, she became interested in kickboxing and boxing, leading her to a new goal of becoming a mixed martial artist. She met Felipe at the gym and they became training partners. During her journey, she suffered a debilitating injury that halted her ability to train. Normally, she sought care through her mother, a medical doctor. However, this time ‘Dr. Mom’ did not have a solution for her pain and recommended she see a chiropractor. Within 3 visits she was back in the gym and had a new interest - chiropractic care. Sarah graduated as Valedictorian from Southern California University of Health Sciences and practiced in Arizona from 2021-2024 before moving back to Miami, FL to open her own practice.
