Stretching and flexibility sessions utilize traction and proprioceptive neuromuscular fascilitation (PNF) stretching throughout the entire body to leave you feeling ready to move optimally! PNF combines passive stretching and active muscle contractions to take advantage of a natural process of your nervous system to facilitate a deeper stretch.

Sessions are 45 minutes and address the chest, shoulders, back, hips, legs, and neck for a full body recovery session.

Smooth movement between your joint capsule, fascia, and muscles are critical for allowing full range of motion in your joints and building essential strength in every angle when exercising.
