A 15% discount will be applied to treatments paid for in advance according to the treatment plan recommended by Dr. Puente. If you need help paying for care, please let us know and we will work to find a solution (documentation supporting financial need may be required).

ChiroHealth USA is a discount medical plan organization that allows providers to offer discounted service rates in order to increase the affordability of care, similarly to how insurance companies provide contracted rates.
