Do you accept insurance?
If you would like us to verify your out of network benefits, call the office to give us your insurance information.
We are also contracted with ChiroHealth USA, a discount medical provider organization, to offer rates lower than our regular fee schedule for self-pay patients.
Do you accept patients who have been in car accidents? (Personal Injury Patients)
Yes, we will bill Personal Injury Protection (PIP) or work with your attorney as needed to provide medically necessary care following a car accident.
Do you perform x-rays in your office?
No, we provide an order and send out to imaging centers for any necessary imaging. This provides higher quality x-rays and allows a radiologist to read them and write the report. We have a number of options that provide affordable self-pay rates. In many cases, patients can begin conservative treatment without any type of imaging.
Do you offer family discounts?
Yes! When a household member is treated on the same day, they receive a 20% discount. Children also receive additional discounts on their initial exams and follow ups when treated within the same day as an adult. When the child is between 15-17 years old, they receive a discount even when treated within the same month as their parent or household member.
Can I just get an adjustment only?
Usually, the answer is yes. However, the best course of treatment will be discussed with you by your provider. There are some rare instances when adjustments are not appropriate and may be refused by the provider. Although most of the time, they are very safe and effective! The contracted ChiroHealth USA rate for an adjustment without additional therapies for an adult is $60. This rate is discounted for children 17 years old and under.
